I had a 99 coupe with US ITR pistons, stock 1st gen B16 head, and a factory header....I ran low 14s on street tires at about 95-96mph.
The 1st gen cams killed my top end but it ripped up until 7000 rpm....for what it was anyway.
You can pull a 14.5.
