Yellow crap on headlights.

Yellow crap on headlights.
I have a 98 civic and on the outside of the headlights there is this yellow stuff that looks kind of like it is old, and I was wondering if there is anything that I could use to get rid of it?

hey i think i got that crap too sort of a gunky film that doesnt seem to come off...my gfs integ too seems to only appear on the right light y0

use some 3M rubbing compound first, then after you've thoroughly buffed it off... follow with some metal polish... and buff it off... you should be good to go then.
