from the first day I bought this car I’ve had problems, First after 1 week it started making noises ( a cracking sound), on the right side window. After 3 week the left side started making noises also. I took it back to the dealer they said that they fixed the problem, but 2 days after they whole ruff fell apart.
I started getting really annoyed; this is not something that should happen to a new car!!!!
After 2 months the engine started making noises, and it got weaker today the engine is not as strong as it was in the beginning anymore. I think the car is very good looking, and I really like it but it seems like I got unlucky, I got one that is falling apart on me after 2 months, what should I do? Or what can I do? Can I complain and get another car? (Same model and year)?

 

Well it is a first run, so I say keep taking it back and documenting each time so that if need be you can go with the lemon law, and if you decide either get your money back or a different car, there's always problems with a new design.. Growing pains. I still love the 03 but I'd likely wait till they have been in production for at least 6 months so they can work out all the bugs. But I guess someone's got to be brave and buy the first few off the line!

Lemon law (in a nutshell) is where if they are unsuccessful at fixing the same problem at least 3 times, they must either refund your money or give you a new car. I'm sure there's some little details that go along with that, but that's basically what it means.

Sorry to hear about the probs. But like was said, new models whether it be cars or pretty much anything else for that matter, will have it's bugs. Now whether or not those bugs are fixed or just left to be problems, is what draws the line between automakers (IMO), but I trust Honda to get any bugs out in a short amount of time.
