i'm in the market for a aftermarket exhaust.. just curuious what you guys have and what you think of them?? and post pics if you have them.

i had a HKS sport on mine. it! looked stock but was a little restricted

 

i don't like that site.. it's doesn't really move fast like honda-tech does.. and i think the pple here have better information.

 

yeah, slow-moving boards....boy i'd sure hate to get to know some people in detail, maybe make a friend or two.

and you're right, the amount of gen 2 integra-specific information on honda-tech simply dwarfs the amount of gen 2-specific info on the GENERATION 2 INTEGRA CLUB.

if the g2ic board were up right now i'd be using the "rolleyes" smiley. to bad attitudes.

sorry my life doesn't revovle around meeting people on the internet.

when i go 2 g2ic i never see much specific information on things such as SMC, maybe information on a Cometic head gasket, the whole bar/plate vs. tube fin, the water to air vs. air to air, etc.. i feel i have learned way more at honda-tech than i have at g2ic.

since when was stating an opinion a bad attitude? i never said the board was a piece of **** or it sucked ***.. i just said i personally don't like it. i don't like having to pay my credit card bill every month, is that having a bad attitude as well since i don't like to do that?

just go to a local muffler shop and get some 2.5in piping and get a universal n1 or ac revolutions muffler. i personally have the ac revolution muffler and it sounds nice and deep and throaty, not high pitched.

and by better information you mean more flame posts, more "look at my new 14" adr rims!" and more " which exhaust is better" posts than you are absolutely correct, honda tech has better information. g2ic is for generation two integras, and if you cant find anything over there then you obviously haven't looked hard enough. there are plenty of threads over there that discuss this and a simple SEARCH would have cleared this up. AND ANYONE THAT HAS A G2, knows greddy mx and the rs*r and the two best exhauts for the g2, as far as quiet sound but load roar with WOT, along with sustaining great looks, a stock configuration resulting in minimal ground clearance issues, both with a 60mm piping, and not to mention a glorious company to back them each up, BUT since you go to g2ic and search for this type of stuff all the time you obviously know that so this thread is pointless. if you want loud, raspy and maybe a few more ponies, go with a thermal ( SS ), custom configuration, or one of the HKS exhausts. they are harsh on your car if it is slammed b/c of the tilted angle, which once again shows why the greddy mx and the rs*r are the elite exhausts. good luck finding an rs*r they are practically impossible to find.

so next time you go bashing another site, why dont you do some research before you speak- man, arrogant people are really starting to anger me...

EDIT: if you want to see some mx's or other exhausts, g2ic.com , and under full member listings, you wil find plenty of cars that have numberous exhausts and im sure you will find what you are looking for, here is my personal page, mx included

for future references: if you are looking for a specific part, you need to tell everyone what your end result you are looking for, just an exhaust you want for cheap? ( custom ), or somethign for autocross ( greddy sp, smaller diameter ) are you looking for something bling bling ( HKS ) or something that gets the job done and doesnt attract a lot of attention ( rs*r, mx ). just future advice for your posting days.

actually i was thinking about doing a custom exhaust.. 3 inch piping all the way to the cannister, but i want a small muffler.. i don't want some big 5 inch rice tip exhaust.
