Which chances... ZC turbo vs B16B

My Civic with D16A9(ZC DOHC nonVTEC) + installed DRAG 3 and i will ride with Civic 96-98(B16B) - which my chances to beat B16B ?

i have a all motor b16b in a ek9 and i can beat a turbo si coupes. i have a aem short ran intake,jdm integra type r header,full 2.25 exhaust,msd ignition,act stage two clutch,and a fidanza flywheel. just posted this if it helps.
