just wondering if anyone has this setup.
JDM 4-1 header with 2.5" carsound cat, 2.5" custom B-pipe and an OEM ITR rear section muffler.
just wondering cause i have this setup but with a 5 Zigen Fireball muffler....DAMN TOO LOUD!!!!!
i just wanna know how it would sound with the OEM ITR muffler. should sound pretty nice and low. i know i'll lose some top end but i need it streetable.

i dont have that setup ... but what ive experienced is that ANYTHING with a test pipe is going to be crazy loud

 

i hope its not loud cuz that gonna be my exhaust set up....i think the bigger the muffler canister the better it suppresses sound

no, it won't sound too loud. I installed a itr muffler on my friends gs-r and it's pretty quite almost too quite even with his iceman cai and headers. I wouldn't worry.

i have the dc stainless jdm 4-1, test pipe, 2 1/4 exhaust, a premuffler, and an itr muffler to finish it off. The exhaust note is very quiet. Only downside is that the test pipe allowed the gases to eat up my premuffler. Since my premuffler is hollow, it rattles. Once i get it replaced, it'll be quiet once again.

 

carsound **** sucks. dont buy it.
testpipes.com or random tech. carsound is cheapoer but not cheaper when you have to buy a 2nd one because ya carsound has a hole in it
