Default Sunroof hoses

Alright... Everyone knows that the hoses connected to the sunroof allow water to drain out of the crack in the sunroof w/o leaking inside the car. I took mine off just now because I had water leaking inside of my car. I unhooked driver and passenger.... The passenger side one was logged when I blew into them.. I tried to remove the side paneling and did about half way and noticed the pipe goes down into the frame.. Does it connect to something in there, or just drain down from there? The reason I ask is becaus eI was unhooking the hose from the clamps and ulled it out of the frame. It was easy to come out and had no connections or sign of connections. I was almost compleetly clogged, but a little hot water took care of that. Can I just stick it back down in the frame and reattach it and expect everything to be just fine?

you should be fine just sticking it back in. They just drain into the fender

What year is your Prelude? You pulled out the tubes from the top?

On the 5th gen, the rear drainage tubes stick into a rubber nipple at the bottom behind the trunk lining. If you don't reattach them, you'll be draining straight into your trunk . . . . .
