Yes, the USDM 22mm and JDM 23mm rear swaybar will work on all '94-'01 Intergra (all models). You can go to my website at http://www.geocities.com/bretq/swaybar_install.html for complete step-by-step instructions (with photos) for installing the Type-R rear swaybar.
Yes, you will need my BSQ mounting kit to properly mount the Type-R rear swaybar. You can go to http://www.geocities.com/bretq/mounting_kit.html for futher information on the mounting kit.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

im about to do my install... i was wondering if i should use teflon tape or sylicon on contact area between the bushings and the brackets, and the swaybar. I dont want to deal with squeeky suspension

yea... it was meant for an ITR due to the better frame reinforcement.
I got all of my 22 mm stuff from acura for a bit less then $90 ~ (but thats because i get cost)

hey BSQ, I was wondering if the comptech sway/tie combo was identical or gives very similar results as simply just the ITR bar?
If the ITR with the mounting kit does the same thing performace wise, and is ofcourse cheaper I would rather do that, 400 for the comptech seems a lot. And the adjustability doesnt seem worth it.
let me know, thanks

23mm is perfect for me. Remove all understeer, added a tad of oversteer.
And where did you were white lithium grease eats the bushings? Anyone have proof of this?
well wasn't the 22 mm meant for the ITR also?

what i meant was that the itr 22 and 23 mm bars were designed to go on an ITR, and not an LS/GS?RS... that is why we have our fancy adaptor kits to make em work..... frame re-enforcement is significantly differently between the ITR and non-itr... as we both know, I just personally choose to go with the 22mm, adn you the 23mm.. no big deal... i am just a bit affraid or wrecking the subframe of my teg, thats why i went smaller...
no beef

I have one more question about the BSQ kit with the ITR bar.
will it break the chasis? or break lose? because i know the comptech is garanteed not to rip off.

I have been using Type-R rear swaybar for nearly 5 years now and I haven't encountered a single problem. For the first year and a half I used the Type-R rear swaybar with the stock suspension and I never had a problem. I also have 21+ hours of track time (ie. track event) with the Type-R rear swaybar and it performed flawlessly. I have disassembled my swaybar on three seperate occassions over the last 5 years to inspect the subframe and the mounting points and each time there has been no signs of stress or fatigue on the subframe or the mounting points.
I have also been selling my BSQ mounting kits for 3 years now and I have sold several hundred kits and there hasn't been a single complaint. So needless to say, I'm very confident in my mounting kit.

What the arrows are pointing to is the endlink. The collars are the little "collars" (for lack of a better word) that fit inside the bushings at each end of the swaybar. They'll be inside the part where the upper arrow is pointing to
