Default Rear Disc Conversion ????s

On an 89 DX hatch, if i were to buy a big brake setup for the front, could i use the rotors and calipers (front stock) and do the conversion to the back?? i know i would need a bigger master cylinder, but what else? thought about this today at school and i was curious if it would work. thanks

it would take some serious custom fabrication and a bunch of specialized parts to make it work, and in the end you would not have an e-brake....
Not worth it IMO.
