Default nex coilovers

there doesnt seem to be too much info on these. but for the money they seem to be good. here is a pic, i know you get what you pay for but i dont really plan on racing much so i think they will do a good job.

the wholesale is only 600 for the SS but they do not make the race version for the DC integras. so not for me. Unless they have the race version out.

Invidia RS*R now has a coilover called the "apollo" It looks like the NEX accept it has a Aluminum strut body instead of the the Steel NEX, But the NEX is inverted so the unsprung weight on the NEX is less than hte aaluminum apollo. I think they are sthe same Manufacture. I do not know much about he apollo coilovers. If anyone has info please share. I herd about apollo form the last INIVDIA catalogue.

it looks like they dont make them directly for the dc but the 92-95 civics are they same...

Hi

I have a SET of SS.

I have a close friends that works at ADR.

The SS and SR are identicle in every way Except the SR (spec race) has the inverted ram Style Shock. Everything else like spring rate, pillow ball is all the same.

I like mine alot, for the price you cant beat them. The Quality is just about on par with Tein. Comes with an alum pillow ball. The spring rates are 500 Rear and 600 Front so I switch them around front to back and My car handles very nicely. I cant think of anything bad to say about them except they are GOLD and you can see them very clearly from the back of the car so they might attract some broke jerks with no money might want to steal em.

No. Just about any spring you get is made to be higher in the front because companys dont want you oversteering into tree's

Naw they dont, I guess thats why the price is low, I got mine for free so I wasnt to worried. The shocks are about as stiff as a koni yellow set to 75% stiffness.

Actually they dont have a website.

It took me almost a week straight of emails and calls to get these springs rates. They are made by Maxspeed/NEX And dist by ADR.

I could never manage to get in touch with anyone but resellers. If anyone has any more info on it I would love to hear it cause I gave up on searching.

ADR confirmed the spring rates as did a few other shops, so Im sure I got that right. But any other info is limited to what ADR has listed

http://www.adrwheels.com You can see a pic of them there and some really uniformative information.
