Default question about the KYB AGX shocks

i recently got kyb agx shocks for my 95 gsr. in all the pics i've seen of these shocks, i coulda sworn the adjusting **** was a black dial on the side of it, but the ones i got have a small spot to adjust it on the very top of the shock. the instructions say this one is a 4 stage shock, when i thought people seemed to be having 8 stages... did i get the right ones or not?

well if you take the two shocks and pmultiply the four stages by theat then you have 8 stages. agx only have four settings and three clicks to differentiate between them. dumbass

no kidding...chill out man, he didn't know so he asked a valid question.

to answer your question, yes you have them right ones. KYB makes their shocks a couple different ways. Some cars, like Civics, have 8 adjustments while some, like
Integras, have only 4. And some have the dial on the side while some on the top.
On my 98 Integra it has 4 settings and the adjustment is on the top. you adjust it with a small screwdriver that they supply you with.

i keep mine set at 3 in the front and 4 in the rear. good for handling and IMO isn't TOO stiff. my passangers have never complained. also keeping it stiffer in the back helps reduce the understeer problem integras are known for.

if you have seen the things threatcon threatened ans accused me of you would understand why i am going off the wall right now. this guy thinks he knows everything and has abused a lot of people i know. so he gave me **** for sticking up for one of my friends. if your friend was yelled at for no reason wouldn't you stick up for him if he was a no nonsense guy? well i did and ever since threatcon(bitch)13 has been an ***. so this is my payback you guys will have to deal until i finally get this ******* off the board. he has nothing remotely interesting to say and has yet to provide any new bits of information that anyone can use. he just follows the herd, i bet he'd jump off a cliff if he was a lemming, but then again he's so stupid that he probably wouldn't know what to do if he was a lemming.
i am angry right now so back off threatcon

you got the right ones... for the integra its 4 adjustment settings and you adjust it using a little screwdriver... for their other shock designs like for the civic.. the adjuster is on the side...
