my friend just finished installing his B16a1 into his 91 civic si, vtec was not weird up right because the guy that did the install is not an import guy, does anyone have a diagram of what wires from the b16 motor harness and the stock harness inside go to gether???

 

i'm not replying to your post but to your sig., why are you running 46psi of fuel. is that neccesary?

i can only tell you how to hook up vtec: you'll need to run wires from the vtec solenoid, vtec oil pressure, knock sensor, and the second O2 sensor if you're running it!
wire as follows:
vtec solenoid goes to A8
vtec oil pressure goes to B5
knock sensor goes to B19
2nd O2 sesnsor goes to C8

44 is what it was stock and that day it was 46 i didn't change it. maybe the regulator bolt moved byitself. i didn't have the jam nut tightened down cause i thought that i would change it later.

 

so if hes not running the 2nd 02 sensor then just hook the other ones up as above??? thanks for the help.
