My sister got a set of purple 2.5 in drop sprint springs on her acura cl. Shes running them with tokico blues and the car feels really sluggish. It almost feels like it half way plops over bumps and stuff. The springs seem way soft, I dont really like the way it drives. I have H&R race springs on my ek with tokico blues and i think they're awesome.

I got a set of 1.5in off a friend here. No complaints really, it was a world better than stock. I'm currently in the process though of going to a Koni/GC combo for autox. Considering these springs were on a car before mine, and have been on my for like 8k miles, they seem to hold up well.

I hate sprint, I think they're just as good as those no name brands you find on e-bay for $20.00. I put sprint purples on my sister's jetta and they aren't very smooth riding.

i got some week-old ones sitting in the garage right now. you can have them. if i would have known better, i would have gotten the ground control konis i got now in the first place instead of wasting money on sprint. way soft. if youre into stuntin and looking good for the ladies that are ignorant to sprint springs, get them. if you want to handle like a champion, get some ground control konis.

The springs seem way soft, I dont really like the way it drives.
That's because they're progessive-rated and not geared to be a top-notch performer.

I run them on my EJ8 EX with Koni Yellows (ironic, eh?), and I have no real complaints.

Pros:
1) Smooth ride
2) Cheap
3) No sagging (a nice, even drop w/ my car still looking the way it did 2 years ago when the springs were first installed)

Cons:
1) "Floaty" handling
2) A little too soft
3) Slow reaction time thanks to the progessive rating

In a few months or so, I'll be upgrading to something better. Not sure what. Originally I wanted H&R Races, but the drop is too aggressive. Maybe H&R Sports.

sprint springs to are like generic brand springs,...my boy has them on his accord and they are really really soft,...if you are low budget and really really really want a drop now and cant wait then by all means go with them,..if not then save your money for better springs
