So back about 4 years ago when I didn't do my own car work I had a front camber kit installed. Ever since then the front end has sqeaked a lot when going over bumps and stuff.

I'm guessing the bushings in the camber kit need to be greased so I picked up some swaybar bushing grease and am going to lube them up.

Does this sound correct or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Correct. And you'll have to keep lubing them every once in a while. Some grease lasts longer than others (personal experience.)
