Valve lash the same on h22a as the h23a1?

Valve lash the same on h22a as the h23a1?
I loaned out my HELMS to my friend so I can't refer to it. Just want to know if the h22a and h23a1 has the same valve lash cause I'm gonna do a valve adjustment. Should I just got ahead and set it at the specs that are under my hood for a h23a1 onto my h22a or is it different?

I got it...it's .006mm intake and .007 exhast side. Acutally Seth, the measurements under my hood are for my old h23a1 motor. I've swapped out to a JDM h22a.
