Hey Guys. My s2000 is totaled and I'm considering the new accord v6 coupe. I hear it runs very strong. Anyone driven one? WHat are your impressions? I'd love to go drive one this weekend, but its going to snow the whole time.

 

you should wait for the six speed it is supose to be a 1.5 seconds faster stock that the automatic stock.

 

what happened to you s2000? Are you the guy that bought cheap rear tires and your car lost control? My brother was telling me about a person that did that. Hate to hear about your lost.

 

drove a new v6 6speed trans coupe today at my dealer,it was very impressive. took it on the highway and let it rip, very good accl. and plenty of power, you will love it.

 

I've seen two '03 Accord coupes getting tickets in the past couple days. Could this be the first Accord that is a ticket magnet?! hehe

As far as the V6-speed is concerned, I LOVE IT!!!

Well he can afford an S2000 so money shouldn't be an issue.

26K is the ballpark figue for the EX V6 right? Hardly chump change but shouldn't be a deal-breaker for a former S2000 owner ($32-35K car)

 

There is no way that is the price for a 03 ex v6 6spd. mine was like $23,500 in 2001 and i know that they have to be a lot more expensive than that with sales tax and dealer fees and all of that stuff.

the one I drove at my dealer was 27000 before mark-up

 

I heard it wasn't as well balanced as the 4 cylinder, and had noticeable oversteer. I'm curious as to what others think as to the potential balance issue.

 

My freind has the '03 accord coupe V6 EX auto with 17" rims ..its really really nice suspension is tight for a stock honda comparied to older one's, I drove it I max it out 132 M.P.H if you take out the chip (Govenor) im sure you could hit speeds of 152 MpH just in case you miss the S2000 speeds Roomy in front but in the back it's ok but not roomy as the 98-02 accord, well you you really power hungry 1) super charger ( my freind considering it ) 2) Drop a Type S motor in there same series motors
