Default Car Won't Start

The car is a 94 civic ex and we cannot get it to start. We pulled the motor to do a new clutch, turn the flywheel, and new water pump. A lot of the sensors got unplugged during this process but I think I put them all back where they belong. But the motor is back in the car and it won't start. Its getting fuel to the fuel rail, so we then checked for spark and it wasn't getting any spark. We got a brand new ignitor from honda and it still won't start. I haven't had time to check for spark again but I was wondering what other ideas people have that I should check for. I have a feeling I am being stupid and just overlooking something really simple. But, any help would be great. Thanks
