Points south are currently not getting any significant action, although it is still early enough into the storm that nothing's for certain. The 11pm local forecast, as well as various national websites, are currently predicting 14-18" for the DC area, 10-14" for the Richmond area, and 4-8" for the Danville area. There's plenty of time for all that to melt before next weekend.

ps- it's all freezing rain/sleet mix here so far and there is only 2" on the ground, if that much, which means points southwest (like VIR) should be even less lasting:

 

F150 + 4W-High+Snow Tires = Dorifto!

 

stock 93 Cherokee + 2wd-high by choice + highway tires = Dorifto!

low, stiff 93 SE-R + terminal fwd + full tread Falken Azenis + handbrake = Dorifto!
