Look at my sig. You could also do a high flow cat. And I think that the VAFC is way overrated for these days, you can get better things a very simalar prices.

Basically they underdrive the car's accesories(ac, alternator...ect) thereby leaving more power to move the car. But like Mr. B2 says, they are not worth the hassle.
