turbo power
Prepare for some flaming I think but anyways it depends on several factors including turbo type, and pressure used, all turbos have intercoolers from what I understand, Ill assume you are talking about a front-mount. Exhaust back-pressure is a factor as well as transmission-type. the range will vary from about 150Whp at low boost to possibly 180whp.
Not all turbos have intercoolers, but its highly recommended.
Yeh if you get a nice free-flowing exhaust, proper fuel deliver, and get it tuned well i'd say 180hp+ depending on the level of boost and spec of turbo you plan on running.
180hp+ at the wheels is kinda the minimum i'm aiming for from my turbo conversion

I'll assume you don't drive an Accord. You'll prolly get between 180-200whp if you're using a manual tranny and about 6-7lbs of boost with a decent setup.

accord, its a real POS and is probably at about 100whp, but with a good setup, you're right of course about the power expected
My f22b1 is at 345hp 310lbs of tourqe out of a t3/to4e tubonetics turbo, at the wheels on a fully built engine

ummmmmmmmm yea sure you do i believe it when i see dyno sheets and or video

6lbs - 185hp
10lbs - 221hp and 238ft/lbs
goin back to the dyno in the next month to see how much a gutted cat, AEM cam gear, and MSD 6BTM will give me. i am hoping for around 235hp and 245-250ft/lbs on 10 lbs. by the way its from an F23. not the F22 but there isnt a whole lot of difference except the displacement

I will be glad to share the dyno's as soon as i scan them in, keep here for updates!
yup, thats me, that was with very low compression because of the thick *** head gasket. I replaced the head gasket and I am replacing the distributer and cap now because im loosing power from that. Those numbers are just a real close guess of where I will be. The shop is going to re dyno it at a higher boost level once i get the distributor and cap put on. Those numbers where what they were telling me I "should" be at. So hopefully I will be damn close, if not more.
oh so if we're goin by that. i am making 400whp and 400ft/lbs. thats what i told myself when i build my motor in 2 years. come on man. what you should make and what you really make can be a huge difference. theres a supra around here that has the same mods as another guy that made 900hp on his supra and he only made 650hp when he got to the dyno
Hey guys, im sorry, i should have never posted a guesstimate. This is just what i am going by from what the shop that has been working on my car is saying. I will post the dyno sheets of what the car is producing as soon as i get my distributor installed. Again, sorry.

no, i did not say that i was going to gain a 100hp from the distributor. I had gotten my compression back up by replacing the headgasket. I was loosing a lot of potential from the motor with the compression being so low. That and my cam timing was all off, and my ignition timing is way off because of the distributor.
