Can INLINE pro head gasket be RE-used

I know it sounds dumb.. but if u just have a leak or have to take the head off.. can u reuse it.... it is not blown.. just it is leaking oil into water.. Maybe.. .what are your thoughts

you can use the insert, again, but you need to go buy a oe headgasket, split it, and use the 2 out side halfs.
