EG Timing

Where is the plug used to time a 92 Si? :dunno:

the service connector is probably at the pass. kick panel. near the ecu.

Thats where I looked as in the Manual.
I didn't see it, but I didn't remove the interior either.
Why couldn't

put it under the dash like others?
