What Cams for about 210-215 WHP
Setup will be
B18B Bottom end
B16A Head
CTR Pistons
Eagle H beamers!
This will bring up me up to uhh around 12:2-12:3.
Of course vavletrain will be fully done up. (Im starting with a bare head, bare block)
So Im thinking toda B's or Skunk Stage 2's?
Think those CTR pistons will be fine for that type of power and redline? or shall I go with some roller/weisco ?
Thanks for any help.

Depends who is going to be tuning it, some of the good tuners can get 200+ whp from that kind of compression and CTR/ITR cams or Skunk Stage 1's. Built head, then possibly Stage 2's (similar to Jun 3 specs). Why are you going with aftermarket rods may I ask? Your Ls rods would work fine with some ARP rod bolts.

Yea I know I COULD go with the LS rods, but if the block is going to be torn down I might as well throw in some lighter, stronger rods. No shortcuts for me.
Just to let you know, most aftermarket rods are set up for aftermarket pistons (floating wrist pin) not the oem style pin (can't think of the term
). Check into if that will work.
I also wouldn't say that using OEM rods and ARP rod bolts is a short cut. It's not a short cut in any way, it's strengthening the weak part of the combination with a proven product. Which in most cases will work the same. Just trying to help you out and save you some money at the same time with a combo that will still be strong.

210-215 whp is quite a bit NA. Youll probably need your head port and polished and IM port matched or some really aggresive cams. Youll be making your car with race parts so dont expect OEM lifespan from the parts. Youll want probably a 2.5inch straight through exhaust system (2.5 header collector, cat, and catback).
