Has anyone here pulled apart their headlight housing and tinted the chrome to give it that black chrome look? I have heard that it has been done before, but I was wondering what people used to tint the chrome so it wouldnt burn or bubble... Also, once you heat the glue and take the headlight apart, how do you get it back together without it leaking in the future?

I believe they have done it.
Otherwise all you need to do, is reseal the glue..put some extra down and heat it up again so the glue will seal...then your all set once you figure out which way to tint the chrome.
I believe you can just spray bomb it....not to sure it will work or if it will even look good
