I have a friend that has a set of Work RS beta in 16s with 2 brand new tires and 2 bald tires. The rims have curb marks on them. He told me to make him an offer and I dont know how much to offer him..pls help!! how much should I offer him? what would u guys pay?

For used rims with 2 good tires and 2 balds, plus the fact they they are curbed, I prob. wouldn't give more than $400, depending on how bad the curbing was.
