B16 motor swap in Del sol........shift linkage?
I am swapping a b16 hydro motor into my friend del sol. I heard that the shift linkage is longer and I need the shift linkage from a 1994 del sol dohc b16? Correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks,
Khang

you can also use the shift rods from a 99-00 civic si as well.
Get the factory del Sol VTEC shift rods from the dealer or a junk yard. You may be able to use one of the stock del Sol (non-VTEC model) ones, but I can't remember if I did or not.
HTH!

Nope. Not without cutting and welding or something major like that.
