Default Important suspension question

Hi everyone. I have a dilemma and I hope you all can help. I have a 89 CRX DX with 17" rims. I lowered my CRX with Neuspeed springs and new Monroe shocks. The ride was great, didn't bounce at all. Then I added a camber kit so my tires wouldn't wear, and the ride went all to crap. I had to cut out a little piece of the front inner fenders and that helped a little. But the car bounces constantly going down the road. Even on flat open highways.

I'm wondering if this is because of the shocks I have. They are brand new, but are not 'performance' shocks. Is this my problem? If I replace the shocks, will this take care of the bouncing? I mean, my car bounces like a damn mini-truck or something. Please give me some advice, I don't know what to do
