it will bolt to the head, all b-series have the same setup on the head for the manifold so pretty much any of them can be swapped to bolt up, but whether it will work with the rest of your cat and exhaust setup is a different story.

 

secondary will not fill under the oil pan, b16 has a shorter block than a b18.
