Like the topic states, will these fit and bolt right in?
If not, what kind of modifaction will be required?

your going to have to modified the harness. maybe you could mount them onto your stock harnesses or get some aftermarket harnesses.

 

I bought some Prelude seats and installed them into my Si last year. Swap the inside rails from your Si seats onto the Prelude seats. They'll bolt right up.

Also, on the rear of the outside rails, you'll have to bend the end down and get a longer bolt (with spacers) to hold the rear/outside rails down properly.
