hatch civic with an h22a???

hey what's up???... what do you recomend me... and ls/vtec.. or an h22a on my hatch?? i've got the d16 and im tired of going too slow...but my question is... which of this engines... will gain more boost?

The h22 will handle more boost and be more reliable on stock internals.

ls/vtec turbo would be nice though.
