What ECU does the EK Civic 1.6 VTi have?

What ECU does the EK Civic 1.6Vti have?

Is it OBD1 or OBDII ?

Can it be reprogrammed? OR replaced by a chipped P28?

It has an ODB2 ECU..I think..But that's nothing an ODB2->ODB1 harness won't fix and then you can use the P28 or another ODB1 ECU
