I needed parts to install my ITR swaybar. The local dealer told me it'd take more than a while to get them in so I ordered them from acuraautomotiveparts.net. Now i get an e-mail saying that because my order wasn't at the (hidden) minimum $52.45, they will not process my order, and that "Sorry about that but it would be much cheaper and quicker for you."... both points of which are not true.
If they wanted a minimum, they could have at least stated it before i went through the trouble of ordering. now i have to make another trip to the dealership and wait longer.

Why was your order so cheap? Mine was like $70 before shipping, and I didn't even get the d-brackets or d-bracket bushings...

yeah, i just had a bad experience with them, too. i ordered my sway bar and everything you need to go with it, i got my order confirmation and everything, and now it's 3 weeks later so i emailed them asking what's up. they wrote back and said "we never got your order" despite the fact that i even got an email confirmation with an order number and customer ID number.

That is wierd, I have never heard of anyone, including myself having problems with them. My order went through perfectly, and did I everythign online...No need for bashing acura carland, they have great prices, and usually great service
acuraautomotiveparts.net yeah i ordered a type r throttle body gasket thru them it was like 7 dollars , then it was hidden 12.95 for shipping , came in a big honda box and shipping wasnt the fastest ,so i ended up paying 20 dollars for a gasket , thhe only reason why i went thru them was that they had it in stock , last time i went to the acura local dealer it was on back order for 4 weeks , acuraautomotiveparts.net

They have pretty low prices on oem parts. I always pick up my orders so I dunno how much shipping is.

I e-mailed them for some information on ordering a swaybar twice and never received a reply. I usually order from A&H, but Acura Carland's prices were cheaper and thus, more attractive. The price you pay for those few dollars saved? Service.
A&H is the only OEM parts supplier I order from now. The only complaint I had was the 2 month long wait for my swaybar, which was out of their control. Other than that, great service.

I ordered everything for my itr sway bar swap and they sent me a throttle cable.
I called Mike and found out they switched orders by accident and sent my stuff to someone else. Lucky guy got a sway bar and everything for the price of a cable.
Mike re-ordered everything and had it sent out to me and had me send back the cable. No biggie, I just had to wait twice as long before I could swap the sway bar.

I don't know, Mike at carland is a real cool guy. I accidently order the wrong part from him. He said no prob just send it back, so I did and he sent me the correct part no questions asked. He even ate the shipping on it.
I was about to order some stuff for my friends... hm... maybe I should tell them to go to the dealership...
-you don't have to wait for shipping + you don't have to pay for shipping it either...

that is kinda surprising to see two posts sayin negative things bout htem in the same day... cuz up until now i've only heard good with all the peopel gettin the itr swaybar from them and all...
i got the same "minumum order" message from Acura Carland when i tried to order my swaybar parts.
note, i already had the bar.
oh well, i just ordered them from spitzer acura and they should be in tomorrow!!!

Interesting, I did not know they had a minimum purchase amount.
1 or 2 bad dealings does NOT make them a bad seller though.
I had great dealings with them in the past.
