Recomended fuel pressure with AEM?????????

Guys,
I installed AEM fuelrail/Filter/Regulator on my 95 GSR with AEM CAI/DC 4-2-1 header. What pressure is recommended to increase with this setup after the normal fuel pressure?
What is the stock Fuel pressure on a B18C1 Engine?

47-53 -- this is with no vacuum on the engine. Don't adjust anything with your AEM unit until you know where you stand after getting on a dyno.
