Default Profiling Stolen Cars

A lot of people on here have gotten their cars stolen or had someone attempt to steal their cars. I wanna know what these theives are looking for when they find "the car" to steal. Do they want "jdm cars", "ricers cars", stripped out "race cars", or sleepers? Did all the ppl that got jacked have nice sound systems, krazy turbo's, or itr swaps? like i said, i wanna know what these phuckers look for when they wanna steal a car.

mine looks....and is totally stock except for an ITR LSD, right down to the 96 GSR wheels. Green 4-door, with an OEM spoiler. I have a nice cobra radar detector and a pioneer head unit, I think that those two are the reasons the thieves went for my car, not for the car itself.

My car got stolen last month and they took all of my JDM stuff...Type R front, Carbon fiber lip, Mugen strut bars, J's Pillar bar, Recaro Seats, Climate control, Type R shift boot, oem rear lip and wheels. Dumb *** left the exhaust, header, koyo radiator, oem sides and motor.

my step dad used to work for a tow truck company. he used to tell me about how he would go to a call and sitting there would be a FRAME. the majority of the time it would be acura/honda of all makes and models. some cars had mods up to the thousands or as stock as they come. i guess its just what those bastards are in the mood for at the time. like my car was a stock gsr and they got into it just to take the stock deck and guages. i'm not sure if this completely answers your questions but hopefully it helps. i guess if they want the car bad enough they'll get it no matter what mods you have just be selective when you take your car somewhere. if someone else is willing to drive just hitch a ride that's what i do.

It just all depends on the person who wants it. (From wanting your engine to just wanting to take a joy ride)
