So I wired up my 4 wire O2 sensor on my D16Z6 from the 1 wire. Car ran fie without the hook up but still had engine light. Anyway hooked it all up. Started car ran fine so left it for the morning commute. Backing up momday morning I hear a pop and then the car dies and won't refire. All the underhood fuses are good. Haven't checked the underdash fuses yet. The funny part is that my harness was only missing one wire the D16 pinout on the ECU (P28). All the other wires were there minus the ground. Any ideas of what to check first? I need this to be fixed pronto. Also the harness is a rat's nest. Previous owner spliced in all this alarm and stereo ****. How long would it take to buy a 95 si harness and start all over? How expensive too, I might just pay to have it done....

When the you heard a "pop" noise, was it a soft pop like a fuse blew or was it loud like it came from the engine?

I would mos def. check the underdash fuses.
you could of blown some fuses, that could be why it wont start.

I would check ALL fuses first, then see what happens.

Also try disconnecting and connecting your one of your battery terminals,
you may need to reset your ECU.
