yes, on two seperate occasions I've seen postings of 14.5-14.7 for CRX and 14.7-14.9 for Civic with Intake , headers, and exhaust only. I'm running a GREDDY intercooled turbo ZC and love it!

i use to run my car at edgewater race park an was turning 15.4 ets only mod i had was a AEM intake pipe an a B7M FUEL RISER,EVEN HAD THE STOCK EXHAUST SYSTEM
