In perfect time, just upgraded to the s200 software and romulator. Does it get any better than this? Thank you, Thank you, Thank you...the romulator and autotune are the two features i have been waiting forever for. I cant to try them out this weekend!!! I will let everyone know how well it works, looks like itr206's car is going to be tuned on sat by it.

We will be tuning my car with it tomorrow (again...to show how well it works especially for part throttle tuning)...just hope the Acura dealer gets my car back to me fairly quickly in the morning so we can get to the dyno early in the day.

 

please post results. I'm interested to see how it works.

Is the hondata stage 4 upgrade to s200 still available?

 

 

if it is... then

"Stage 4 users can upgrade their Stage 4 system to the equivalent s200 system plus ROM Editor V3 and HondaLogger V3 only by returning their Stage 4 system to Hondata. The cost of this upgrade is $300."

Yah I saw that on the site, but at the same time there was something about the upgrade needing to be done before 12/17/02 as well.

Autotune would make my life quite nice about now.

 

That made up my mind for sure. I'll be going with the Hondata s200 with all the goodies.

 

Yeah I dont like the not being able to upgrade anymore. For those people that have the full dealer package of the old systems 4B burner and all, and now bascically have to buy it all over again, just plan sucks...

 

That is what i am find out right now. I have to spend more money and upgrade over again. Its a pain in the ***. If i wasnt going to be a tuner for hondata i wouldnt bother.

The time limit has been removed. You may upgrade at any time that is convenient to you.

For any existing S200 owner with ROM Editor 3, this is a free upgrade.

In this version of the software you have more control over the cold start fueling.

If you have a P72 the secondary intake runner's switch RPM is now under software control. If you do not have secondary intake runners, you could use this as an RPM switch.

A bug has been fixed that caused erratic VTEC operation when the vtec switch point was set to between 3700 and 3750 rpm. This mainly affected supercharged Hondas that used a low VTEC point.

S03Burner - Yes it should make it easier and faster once your dealer has upgraded and used the system. It will require a wideband O2 system attatched to the car for the tuning session.

As long as you have the romeditor,emulator, and a laptop I guess.
