does crx come with rear speaker? when open mine it was all tape up their was no speaker inside

 

yea, theyre supposed to come with 2 rear speakers

 

Actually it was a dealer option. You can still get the brackets and wiring through the dealership.

 

i installed mine without the bracekts it only took 3 screws and it works rgeat. I often thougth about putting some 6X9s in there, but for now i have 6.5's

 

I know the si's came with them I dont know about the hf but overall I think it was a dealer option

 

when i open mine, their was like a big black tape cover the speaker cover, is that normal? i plug in a speacker and it dont work, mine is a 89 crx dx, where do i get the brakets?

 

My HF has rear speakers and brackets, however the fronts were empty and when I hooked speakers up to the wires, they didn't work.

 

Well I know that my DX didn't come with rear speakers.

 

i put 6"/9" in the rear of my crx sounds great pioneer 4 ways and 3 way 6 1/2" in front and square solo baric 15" L7 with rockford 700s bridged to 1400 wattz sounds great pounds extreamy hard cant swallow in my car lol sadly selling it to go faster

 

All of the Si's did not come with them. I belive that it was just a factory option no matter which model that you got. I know that in my (84),(85 Si),(86 DX), (91 DX),and (91 Si) CRX'S none of them came with rear speakers or speaker brackets but they all had the wires for them and they worked with the factory radio when I hooked them up with the exception of the 86 which I never had the factory radio for but they did work with an aftermarket radio and the stock radio harness. My latest parts car that I picked up had the rear factory speakers and the mounts in it. There was an option to get no speakers or radio or even antenna with some or most?? of them.

just to confirm this...no civic or crx came with radio, speakers, or even antenna from the factory until after 1993(civic coupe)...then it started to become standard eqipment on certain models. i have been working at dealer since 1989 and i installed a buttload of radios, speakers, and antennas in the early 90's.
