Default With all of these new cages being built, does anyone have any scrap DOM?

Since so many new cages are being built this time of year, I figure it's a good time to dig for scraps. I know this technically belongs in the Classifieds, but what are the odds someone would see this in there? Hopefully .RJ won't mind me mooching here

I'm looking for any 1.75" DOM tubing you might have in .095 or thicker. Basically any short length is great, around 4-12". I just need small reinforcements for an already complete cage. There's a lot of 1.5" and ERW stuff floating around locally, so I figured I'd ask here. Thanks to anyone who may have some scrap

Did you try calling Kirk or Autopower or a local metal/race fab shop?

After Kirk reminded me to check local shops for gussets, I also started asking about spare tubing. As I said, most of what I found was 1.5" since that seems to be popular around here. Everyone said they could order DOM for the regular price at any length I need.

If I can't find scraps anywhere else, I will call Kirk since I know they'll help me out if they can. I just figured I'd give it a shot here since so many people have been playing with tubing lately. I'll take whatever I can get if it's laying around, since I don't need much.

I've got a little bit, and will have more shortly. If you'll cover the shipping, I'll send you what you want.

No, you pay shipping...

Of course I'll cover the shipping Whenever you get a chance, send me an e-mail to conekiller@earthlink.net (or give me your e-mail) and we'll work out a deal. Thanks!
