Default Cleaning spark plugs

I heard there are ways to safely clean/reuse spark plugs. I have an extra set sitting in my garage and was wondering if there was anyway I could use them instead of buying new ones.

no. buy new ones.

as far for regular maintanance (i can never spell that word....), you could use some metal brush to clean them, but not if they've been used for many miles or damaged.
