Arm/disarm produces no blinking lights
Viper alarm. Fuse blew to the lights, and when I replaced the fuse..the lights no longer blink with arm/disarm. The lights do, however..work normally. The siren still works also.
I hear the relay click when I arm/disarm it. What could be the problem?

when you say you replaced the fuse.. did you replace the fuse for the factory/stock parking lights? or did you replace the fuse for the alarms parking light fuse? If I recall correctly (its been a while so I could be wrong).. the alarm has its own fuse for that too..
If you say the vehicle's lights still operate normally after you blew the fuse and replaced it.....I assume you replaced the fuse on the vehicle itself.
There is also a fuse on the parking light circuit from the Viper alarm. Its usually a WHITE wire with a 10 amp ATC fuse on it.

pull the alarm fuse from alarm and use 12 volt test light to check if voltage is present.
hope this helps

I will do asap.

Does this clear anythign up? Basically, I know of only two fuses for the alarm (15a and 10a...both fine) and no fuses blew for the car.
yet the lights do not blink when arming, or even when the alarm is engaged, and blaring my head off

I hate to say it but your alarms park light flash output is toast....if you are able to pull the fuse and get voltage from the brain on the circuit, the break is elsewhere.
DO NOT RECONNECT THE CIRCUIT...you need to find out what is causing
the short and repair it. There is no free lunch or easy way out here.

When I go home this weekend I will get easier access to the brain (trust me...its not in a nice easy access place) and test it with the light probe doodoo
I dont follow. How am I "getting voltage" from the brain? By hearing the relays click?
I have an idea to what caused the short. I have a switch to turn off my rear lights..it inturrepts the signal to them. If i tryed to arm the alarm with this switch in the open position...then it would short out the fuse huh.
But yeh...by the relays flashing, this means im getting voltage from the brain? Or did you assume I took a test light to it, and got it to light up?
