Default AEM Intake question!!!!

I'm about to buy an ITR CAI with NO FILTER. I have a GS-R AEM CAI with the K&N Filter... will that fit on the ITR AEM CAI???

You could probably stretch it out abit. The ITR aem cai is 3 inches in diameter while the gsr is 2.75 inches. As long as it fits sturdy and doesn't fall off, you're good to go.

I'm not sure if he'll be able to stretch it over the ITR cai piping. I remember the filter having a very tight fit over the GSR cai piping.

nope will not fit. I tried a few weeks ago to put my itr cai on a friends gsr with a skunk2 manifold. He tried his old gsr aem cai filter on mine and there is no way it will fit.

btw, im selling my itr cai for $20 bucks no filter for anyone who needs it.

skunk, no reason to keep the old filter. sell it with the old intake and get yourself the new itr cai with the filter-you'll be a lot happier when you have to take it off and re-install it.
