91 rear disk on an 88 crx
I did it on a CRX racecar by swapping out the spindles and parts from the trailing arms and not the complete arms. IMO, there was no performance gain and the disc system is 8 lbs heavier. You must change the proportioning valve too and the master cylinder should be changed at that time as well or you will have a long ppedal.
I've had all the parts in the basement for years to do another swap but haven't because the reward isn't worth the effort. BTW, the 90-91 CRX Si rear brakes are the same as the 90-03 Integra rears but they are just so small that they don't really do much.
