Nicely done

I'm particularly impressed by the bar tying the cage to the front shock towers. Thats an important detail that many people miss.

Its not legal for SCCA IT, Showroom Stock, and was not legal for NASA ECHC Until this year.

That detail is also illegal in many classes and race series, including SCCA Improved Touring.

I am willing to bet that a lot of the people who you *thought* overlooked that detail were actually conforming to the rules.

the other important part is where it actually picks up the points , front and rear.

by building this car in the first place I wrote off doing anything SCCA related.

Thats True about the SCCA rules. I'm glad they changed things for the ECHC. Its a much safer design structurally and I really don't get why SCCA has such a stick up their *** about it.
