Ok i got locked out of third the other day bad, in normal driving, then it finally went into third, but grinds everytime i throw it in there the slightest bit fast, i dont mean like shifting quick, just normal. I hear its the synchro, but how hard is this to fix, and how costly, how bad is this grinding? Thanks

 

time for new tranny or get it checked out/fixed...good luck buddy

 

My third gear synchro is about done for also. The synchro and gear from honda is like $250 just for parts... A local shop quoted 300 for all the synchros aftermarket... as for now, I'm still "grindin"
