yah SBE was repp'n full effect, but respect to the fellow H1 class drivers...i know you guys are after blood now!..yah the EVO was just SICK!

 

I'm sure half the drivers there could have got similar results with a $2500 suspension and an engine putting down 200+hp at the wheels...
Oh BTW, how much is SB charging to ride his nuts? Cause you guys been riding them like it's free.

 

gotta love how its all about the car and the suspension and the tires and blah blah blah but not the driver. everyone knows that the driver takes precedence in road racing.

fyi i am making under 200whp.

is my suspension really considered top of the line? i just thought it was ok.

yes glen and jeff were doing similar times...a second off my pace. big deal. they had to battle eachother most of the time as well and so that kept them at bay while i was able to walk away. they are definitely hard to pass once we are at speed. this i got from practice sessions. jeff sure can drive that itr.

Thanks for the compliments, The one good thing about being older is you learn a lot of driving **** over the years... Shaun and Glen both did a fine job and kept this old guy honest. I expect the other cars to find some pounds to drop and also to extract some power....i dunno if we can find any more weight to extract yet power is definetly needed!lol...

I didnt go.
In fact, I have not been to a race track since April 28, 2001.
I promised myself never to return to a track unless I was racing on it.
So far I've been keeping that promise to myself.
I hope that I will be able to return to racing this year.
I do not think I will be fast, and will happy just to finish races in one piece.
I will always come say hi to you and tom and andy if im there.
I consider you my friends, even if some of you do not feel the same.
