As for a intake I suggest the Icebox or the Mugen intake. The mugen intake kicks the icebox's *** due to its larger flow ability with the larger tubing, however for a fraction of the cost of the mugen intake is the icebox which is also really good.
The supercharger doesn't like having to suck hard for air from a AEM, iceman, etc... so units like the icebox or mugen intake are best and provide the most cold air which is great for the supercharger. Short ram intakes are good too, however they allow heat to get into the charger which isn't to good for power. On the dyno I have tested that the icebox worked better then the AEM, and I have tested that a short ram vs. the icebox shows the short ram works best, however I aimed the fan into the blinker area for the icebox, the icebox worked better then the short ram. As for feel the icebox feels a lot better then the AEM with throttle response.

As for the kamikaze header, I tested before with a stock US R header, comptech high-flow cat, and exhaust vs. a kamikaze header, testpipe, and exhaust on the same day. Here's the plot. I do not have the plot for the intake test.

Here's the header plot: (the numbers speak for themselves. Also no tuning was done in the compairson. I just slapped the header and testpipe on and dyno'd it.)

Oh yeah as for your IM, sorry to talking awhile to reply, but try getting a APEXi SAFC or VAFC and tune out the top end "rich" problem. That is probally one of the cheeper ways to tune the air/fuel for better perfomance. That should also take you to around 195-205whp range hopefully. A Hondata system also is a good idea because it too will fix the top end "rich" problem and can also give more power from added timing, etc... However the Hondata is more money yet will give more power then just a SAFC or VAFC.

Its a JRSC...and I would also definitely recommend the Kami. Im running a Short Ram now, but I have to think there is a better option out there somewhere. Wide diameter, short pipe, cold air...theres your optimal intake.
