Need to know where I can find replacement quarter panels for a 91 CRX, darn rust....any info will be helpful, thanks

I got an estimate for new quarter panels installed for $1200 a side, with no paint
Think i'll be keeping the rust.

 

It is going to be expensive to replace the entire quarter panels because they're part of the unibody of the car. I paid $350 to have the rusted spots cut out, new pieces of metal welded in and to have the panels and doors painted to match the rest of the car.

They sell certain pieces of the 1/4 panels.

 

you can go to any junk yard near you and if they dont have one they have a network in which they can locate parts from any junkyard and they with send it to that junk yard. thats what I did anyway to find the door I needed

 

haha i have a spare crx with perfect quarters, if you come cut them out they yours, too bad im in PA

 

I went to the dealer for my left and right side quarter panels. From the middle of the door back. Cost I think $255 a side. I have a dealer license. Got them cheaper. Labor was $2500 but I had the whole car sprayed with r63 acura and the body shop installed the body kit and painted it. Also pulled them out a little to fit 215/40 17 tires so they don't rub.

 

yeah i bought new honda qps i spent like 1200 on metal adn 4000 on install/paint and another 700 on my ww kit, its a bit of $$ but my crx is worth every penny
