Default Type R Sway Bar Rubbing Brake Lines

I have a 2000 Integra GSR with a 2.5" drop. Recently installed a Type R Sway Bar with a kit similar to BSQ, but made by yours truly. Noted that Sway Bar is Rubbing on the Brake Line Metal Bracket.

Anyone experiencing this. I checked my installation, everything looks good with the above exception. Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance for any responses!!!

Can you post a pic by any chance? I have a '94 and did not experience this problem. I'm curious as to where exactly it is rubbing.

I think what might be happening is that the Type-R rear swaybar is making contact with a ABS sensor wire bracket on the lower control arm (LCA). I had a similiar issue, but it really wasn't making a noise. I just noticed on the swaybar that it had a small contact mark on it.

If you look at this picture ( http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...2/fdd0cbfd.jpg ) you will see the ABS sensor bracket attached on the LCA.

Here is what I did to resolve the issue. I first loosened the bolt which hold the ABS sensor wire bracket to LCA. I then placed a screw driver between the bracket and the LCA and bent the bracket back slightly. This allows the bracket to fit in the indentation of the LCA. I also took a metal file and filed the edge off of the bracket. This prevented the swaybar from making contact bracket.

BSQ...You are absolutely RIGHT ON!!! There is a clunking noise that is evident went suspension travels too much. I know for a fact that it is the brackets holding the Brake Sensor.

Thank you for your suggestion as well as others!!!
