Bought mine for $21,400. Of course this was when it 1st came over to the states.
It was worth it. They are about $16,900 now.

2003 for $17.4 w/o side airbags. I could have gotten a better deal it sounds like;

 

$15,600 --- 2002 black si --- also got: si mats, window tinting, clear bra and optional honda rims included for that price. This was in Denver, Colorado at Planet Honda in late November 2002. They couldnt give em away at that point... now they are selling a little better... cant get those prices anymore dont think BUT 16.5K or less would be a good deal wither way.

that's a good price in ottawa..also keep in mind that us canadians have a lot more taxes than you do.. so out the door the price is different.... interesting you're in ottawa but you said 'weird huh?'==american instead of 'weird eh?'==canadian..

YIKES! i dont think i could ever spend 21,400 on a stock Civic.
The car is very nice and all, but how was it worth spending an extra 6k just to have it when it first came out?

I saw a used blue '03 SI that was going for $9,999 in the local ad. It said it was Low Miles also but Im not sure what the exact miles were. I thought it was a pretty good deal.

Looks like maybe your car was stolen? Sorry to hear that, hopefully the Si
will be a worthy replacement (not many of the ep3's are getting jacked, it seems).

Anyway, if you can find any 02s left, they should be dirt cheap. I bought my
'03 in June of 03 for 16,500 without a lot of negotiation. I would think you could
find/get an 03 for 14-15k if any dealers still have them on a lot.

Your monthly car payment/insurance is going to depend on a lot of variables (i.e.
interest rate, credit history, etc) so other peoples' info will probably not be the
same as yours. Just a heads up.

If you browse ephatch.com, you can probably find a decent used 02 or 03 for
a pretty good price.
